Meet the Nothing but Treble Team
Caitlin Flemm
Nothing but Treble Founder and Conductor
Caitlin, founder of Nothing but Treble, has been the conductor of NBT for the last five years. She is a recent graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Choral Music Education. She is currently the 6-8 Music Teacher at The Lexington School. She also serves as the Music Ministry Assistant at Centenary Church. Caitlin was formerly the student coach of the University of Kentucky's all treble a capella group, Paws and Listen, as well as the Chamber Choir intern for the Lexington Singers Children's Choir. She loves her NBT kiddos and looks forward to working with her Treblemakers every year.
Rob Vanover
Nothing but Treble Accompainist
Rob Vanover serves as Nothing But Treble's Accompanist. He serves as a full-time choral music faculty member at Lexington Catholic High School and as Organist/Music & Worship Associate at Centenary United Methodist Church. Previously, he has held many positions as a choral conductor and accompanist. Included among these are Organist/Choir Director of Woodland Christian Church from 2000-2007, Director of Music Ministries at St. Peter Church from 2006-2009, accompanist for the University of Kentucky Women's Choir from 2000-2007, staff accompanist at Georgetown College for 2006-2007, and studio accompanist for the Voice Studio of Gail Robinson at UK from 2001-2007.
In addition he is currently Organist/Choir Director for the Lexington Latin Mass Community, director of the Sister Sound community choir, and accompanist for the Lexington Singers Children's Choir. Mr. Vanover earned the Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance from the University of Kentucky and is currently finishing the Master of Music in Sacred Music.
Abby Bauer
Historian/Assistant NBT Accompanist
Abby is seventeen years old and absolutely adores everything about music! Abby has played piano for about 12 years, and been in choir since early elementary school. After this year, she is planning on going to the University of Kentucky to study choral music education! Abby is so excited to be here at NBT and can’t wait to help make some music!

Lily Hayden
Director of Communications and Social Media Outreach
Lily is a rising freshman at Marymount Manhattan College, majoring in Acting with a minor in Music. In her previous year she’s been involved with communications and social media outreach. Lily is so excited for her third year with NBT! Lily is a recent graduate of Lexington Catholic High School and was an active member in her school’s choir and theatre programs.
Zoe Allen
Director of Fellowship and Games
The newest member of the NBT staff, and a former camp member since NBT's beginning, Zoe Allen comes to us as a rising junior from Lexington, KY. She currently attends Lexington Catholic High School and loves singing and all types of music! She is so excited to have some fun with your Treblemakers!
Justin Felix
Nothing but Treble Librarian
Justin comes to the Nothing but Treble Staff as a rising sophomore at the University of Kentucky, majoring in Civil Engineering and Choral Music Education.

Ellie Cooke
NBT Staff
Ellie Cooke recently graduated high school and is going to University of Kentucky for college! She loves to sing all the time! Her favorite color is pink and she loves dogs. She is so excited to be apart of NBT!!!
